Terms of Use

Ordering by Email:

Send all your requirements and queries to sales@datacuberesearch.com. Billing & delivery address along with payment mode is mandatory while sharing email. Our sales representative will get in touch with you for further formalities within 1 business day.

Online Delivery:

The published report will be delivered to you by email in PDF format within 12 to 24 hours of receipt of payment on the given email ID.

Physical Delivery:

A printed copy of the published report shall be sent by courier (if required) to your address within 3 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of payment. DataCube Research does not guarantee that the product when received are in perfect condition and is not liable for any damage during transit of goods.

Customization:

DataCube Research allows a certain level of customization in the already purchased research studies within a given timespan based on your specific requirements. However, the timeline required for executing the custom module will be determined by our analysts based on granularity and complexities of the customization requested.

Cancellation and Refund

Please go through all the available information about any market intelligence report before placing an order. Due to the confidential nature of information provided in our research reports, cancellation of orders and refund is not accepted after the final transaction.
